Morgan Roofing Contractors has manufactures recognized certifications in Duro-Last, Fire Stone, Custom Seal and GAF. Having manufactures certifications allows Morgan Roofing Contractors to offer warranties above and beyond our competition. This also allows Morgan Roofing Contractors to offer non-prorated warranties on both materials and labour. In conjunction with manufactures warranties every project completed by Morgan Roofing Contractors is covered by our 5 year workman ship warranty.

	The GAF Systems Plus Warranty is a 50 year non pro-rated warranty that is exclusive to GAF certified contractors only.  This is a registered transferable third party warranty that is optional for your GAF supported roofing project completed by Morgan Roofing Contractors.  For full Warranty details please click on the icon.
	The Duro-Last 15 year residential or commercial warranties are transferable warranties and can be added to both residential or commercial projects.  The 15 Year NDL (no dollar limit) warranty is inspected by a manufacturer quality assurance manager and supported by the certified installation practices.  For full Warranty details please click on the icon.
